Old Men Grooving at Olympia.
In March 2016 we were approached by the Ideal Home Show to perform at Kensington Olympia in London. Phil form the group is a regular visitor to the yearly event and was over the moon about us performing there. We agreed to perform every day for seventeen day’s which added up to a massive thirty two shows!
We love the opportunity to perform in from of live audiences as we always get an amazing response to our nostalgic grooves. We most admit, the thought of that amount of shows was a little scary to say the least but after a chat over a nice cup of tea we decided that if anything, it will help us to loose a few pounds!
We bumped into TV presenter and magician favourite Stephen Mulhern who was very excited to see our live show.
The show started with Patrick, Fred and Bret have a leisurely stroll around the exhibition. Phil came running in looking for slug pellets, and then we all got down to some serious grooving. Within the group we have an eclectic taste in music and we love finding was to incorporate these flavours into our shows.
We really enjoyed this experience and had the chance to play around with a bit of acting, Hollywood here we come! Hahaha

Another positive thing that came out of this is our fitness levels
During our journey we have noticed that our fitness levels have improved, it is great as we didn’t even realise that having a dance and a laugh could be so beneficial to our health. We definitely experience a few aches and pains afterwards but a good massage and an orange juice and we are ready to go again!
